5. Location and Facilities
Following the destruction of the original building by fire in July 2017, Phoenix Family Practice has operated from a purpose-built portacabin facility at Weybridge Primary Care Centre since December 2017. In 2024, Church Street Practice and Rowan Tree Practice merged to become Phoenix Family Practice, and the merged practice now solely occupies the premises.
